Die Wohnung ist eine helle Maisonette mit insgesamt 5 Zimmern, einer Dachterrasse, einem Balkon und zwei Bädern. Wir bieten zwei großzügige Zimmer im unteren Bereich der Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete an:

- Zimmer 1: ca. 20 m², teilmöbliert (490€)
- Zimmer 2: ca. 25 m², mit eigenem Balkon, teilmöbliert (519€)

Die beiden Zimmer sind durch eine Flügeltür verbunden und wenn man beide mietet, dann eignen sie sich dadurch besonders gut für ein Paar oder zwei Freunde. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. und 5. Stock eines gepflegten Altbaus.

The apartment is a bright maisonette with a total of 5 rooms, a roof terrace, a balcony and two bathrooms. We offer two spacious rooms in the lower part of the apartment for subletting:

- Room 1: approx. 25 m², with private balcony, partially furnished
- Room 2: approx. 25 m², partly furnished

The two rooms are connected by a double door and are therefore particularly suitable for a couple or two friends. The apartment is located on the 4th and 5th floor of a well-kept old building.

Die Wohnung liegt in der wunderschönen Leonhardtstraße in Charlottenburg, einer ruhigen und charmanten Gegend:

- Verkehrsanbindung: S-Bahnhof Charlottenburg (S-Bahn) und die U-Bahn-Stationen Sophie-Charlotte-Platz (U6) sowie Wilmersdorfer Straße (U7) sind fußläufig erreichbar.
- Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (Edeka, Lidl, BioCompany, ...)
- Freizeit: Der Lietzensee ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt – perfekt für Spaziergänge. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele Cafés, Restaurants und kleine Läden. Besonders die Kantstraße ist für ihre asiatische Küche bekannt.

Im oberen Bereich der Maisonette wohnen Kilian (30), Milena (32) und ihre 1,5-jährige Tochter Ava. Das WG-Leben ist entspannt und unkompliziert.
