Ich verreise und möchte mein Zimmer in der Zeit untermieten.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in dem Vorderhaus einer Kirche (das Gebäude sieht dementsprechen ziemlich fancy aus;).
Meine Mitbewohnerrin (W,24) ist toll, und meistens den ganzen Tag in der Uni.
Das Zimmer wird nur für den angegeben Zeitraum untervermietet, ich bitte sich von Anfragen zu anderen/kürzeren/längeren Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiteb abzuhalten.
Mein Vermieter erlaubt keine partys oder Übernachtungen, ich würde die einziehende Person drum bitten, dies einzuhalten, sonst kriege ich stress.
Schreibt mir gerne, wenn ihr die Wohnung sehen wollt. Davor können wir gerne mal insta austauschen und/oder telefonieren :)

I am traveling and would like to sublet my room during this time.
The apartment is located in the front building of a church (the building looks pretty fancy;).
My roommate (F,24) is great, and usually at university all day.
The room will only be sublet for the specified period, please refrain from inquiries about other/shorter/longer stays.
My landlord does not allow parties or overnight stays, I would ask the person moving in to comply with this, otherwise I will get in trouble.
Feel free to text me if you want to see the apartment. Before that we can exchange insta and/or talk on the phone :)
WG-Leben
Ich habe eine Mizbewohnerin, die Musical studiert und meistens von morgens bis abends weg ist.
Man wohnt perfekt zwischen S Nordbahnhof (S1, S2, S25), U Rosenthaler Platz (U8) und Oranienburger Tor (U6). Desweieteren hat man zahlreiche Trams und Busse in der Nähe.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist oft den ganzen Tag in der Uni. Morgens und abends essen wir jedoch öfters zusammen. Sie übernachtet auch öfters bei ihrem Freund, sodass man die ganze Wohnung für sich hat :)
