Ich Untermiete meiner 18m2 Zimmer mit Balkon für 3-6m (möglicherweise länger), weil ich weg in einer anderen Stadt aus Gründen der Arbeit sein wird. (also, auch flexibel mit Einzugsdatum)
Das Zimmer und die Wohnung 65m² sind in einer guten Lage - 15 min zu Alexanderplatz, 15 min zu Boxi, 5min zu Ringbahn.
Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was du brauchst, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - wir können über kleinere Möbel/Dekoration, etc. diskutieren.
Die Wohnung wird mit einer anderen Mitbewohnerin geteilt, einer Freundin von mir - 32 Jahre alt, und sie macht gerade ihre Ausbildung.
Es gibt auch ein 3. kleineres Zimmer - das als Arbeitszimmer genutzt wird, ebenfalls voll möbliert
Es ist eine ruhige Gegend mit allem was man braucht in der Nähe; Geschäfte, Parks, Fitness, coole Bars.
Es ist auch eine ruhige Haushalt wegen der Arbei/Studium Verpflichtungen - und wir versuchen, respektvoll und rücksichtsvoll zu sein, um einander, in Bezug auf die Reinigung Verpflichtungen, Lärm, etc. :)

I am subleting my 18m2 room with a balcony for 3-6m (possibly longer) because i will be away in another city for work reasons. (also flexible with move in dates )
The room and the apartment 65m² are in a great location - 15 min to Alexanderplatz, 15 min to Boxi, 5min to Ringbahn.
The room is furnished with everything you need, as seen on the pictures - we can discuss about smaller furnitur/Decoration, etc. The flat is shared with another roomate, a friend of mine - 32 year old, and she is currently doing her Ausbildung.
There is also a 3rd smaller room - which is used as a study/work room, lso fully furnished
It is a calm area with everything you need nearby; stores, parks, fitness, cool bars.
It is also a calm household due to work/study obligations and we try to be respectful and considerate to each other, concerning cleaning obligations, noise, etc.
