The room is 15 square meters, very bright and has two north-facing windows. If you look out the window to the left you can see the Fernsehturm. And you also have a beautiful view in the evening when the sun goes down. The room is equipped with parquet floor.
In the room there is a table, two chairs and a piece of furniture (the classic Ikea Kallax :-)). In the hallway there is a large wardrobe where you can store at least half of your clothes.
In the apartment there are two rooms (mine and yours), a large corridor, kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and a bathroom with bathtub.
Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß, sehr hell und verfügt über zwei Fenster in Richtung Nord. Wenn man aus dem Fenster nach links schaut, kann man den Fernsehturm sehen. Und auch sonst hat man abends einen schönen Blick, wenn die Sonne untergeht. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Parquett ausgestattet.
Im Zimmer gibt es einen Tisch, zwei Stühle und ein Möbelstück (der klassische Ikea Kallax :-)). Im Flur gibt es einen großen Kleiderschrank, in dem Sie mindestens die Hälfte deiner Klamotten unterbringen kannst.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Zimmer (meins und deines), einen großen Flur, eine Küche mit Spül- und Waschmaschine und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.

The closest public transport is tram 21, which stops practically outside the house, the S-Bahn can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and the U-bahn can be reached in 8 minutes on foot.
Nearby there are lots of supermarkets and shops of all kinds. The closest park is 5 minutes away.
The street in which the apartment is located is quiet, but you just need to take a short walk to find all the clubs and restaurants that Friedrichshain offers.
