Looking for someone to rent a cozy, fully furnished room in a charming old Berlin apartment!
The apartment is bright, beautiful, and full of character with high ceilings. It’s shared with one other person and consists of a hallway, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two rooms.
Your room is quite big with two large windows that let in natural light. It comes fully furnished with, a 140 cm bed, a nightstand, a couch/sofa and couch table, a closet constellation (as shown in the pictures), mirror, a height-adjustable desk (perfect for sitting or standing while working) and a screen extender for work or study that you can use if youd like.
The total rent is €700/month (everything included: water, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.) Its available from February 1st to June 22nd.
The apartment is located in Wilmersdorf and has excellent public transport: U9, U7, U3, S-Bahn (Ringbahn), and buses all within 500 meters.
The apartment has a dishwasher. While there isn’t a washing machine, there’s a laundry hall just down the street, which is super convenient.
You’ll be living with Louisa, a 25-year-old German who studies marketing. On weekends, she enjoys going out. She’s vegan but totally open to sharing the space with someone who isn’t.
