I will be moving out by February and offering my room to a new tenant. The house has been newly renovated, so you'll be among the first tenants in this WG. It’s a three-room WG only for girls, currently, only two rooms are occupied. If you know another girl looking for a place, she can join you, as the third room is still available.
Your room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished. It includes a large wardrobe, a big desk with a chair, a bedside table, and a drawer unit. There's also a mattress with a bed frame. The window is large and covers the entire wall, and it comes with curtains. If you'd like to make any changes to the decor, feel free to ask the landlord kindly.

Wohnung wurde kürzlich komplett renoviert, sodass ihr zu den ersten Mieterinnen in dieser WG gehört. Es handelt sich um eine Dreizimmer-WG ausschließlich für Frauen. Derzeit sind nur zwei Zimmer belegt. Falls ihr eine Freundin kennt, die ebenfalls ein Zimmer sucht, könnte sie das dritte freie Zimmer beziehen.
Dein Zimmer ist geräumig, hell und vollständig möbliert. Es enthält einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen großen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einen Nachttisch und eine Kommode. Außerdem gibt es eine Matratze mit einem Bettgestell. Das Fenster ist groß und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Wand; es ist mit Vorhängen ausgestattet. Solltest du Änderungen an der Dekoration vornehmen wollen, kannst du den Vermieter freundlich darum bitten.

The flat is located directly by Westend Brixpark, a prime area near Reichstraße, with plenty of restaurants and direct subway/S-Bahn connections to TU, HU, and the city center (both East and West) via the U2 line, the Ubahn station is 13 min walking distance or 3 min by bus.
The bus 143 stop is almost right in front of the house, and the M45 bus stop is just a 5-minute walk away.
Reichstraße has all kinds of shops for your daily needs, including Edeka, BioCompany, a pharmacy, bakery, newsstand, flower shop, and various options for Döner, pizza, and other restaurants.

You will be living with a very lovely person, she's currently studying here in Berlin, and the 3rd room is still free at the moment. The WG life is cozy and calm where everyone values mutual respect and support, there are always opportunities for friendly, spontaneous conversations especially while cooking. When time allows, we also enjoy hanging out together. We follow a cleaning schedule to keep the shared spaces tidy, ensuring a comfortable living experience for everyone. At the same time, everyone is mindful of each other's personal space and privacy.

Du wirst mit einer sehr lieben Person zusammenwohnen. Sie studiert momentan hier in Berlin, und das dritte Zimmer ist derzeit noch frei. Das WG-Leben ist gemütlich und ruhig, wobei alle gegenseitigen Respekt und Unterstützung schätzen. Es gibt immer Möglichkeiten für freundliche, spontane Gespräche, besonders beim Kochen. Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, unternehmen wir auch gerne etwas zusammen. Wir folgen einem Putzplan, um die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber zu halten und ein angenehmes Wohnerlebnis für alle zu gewährleisten. Gleichzeitig achtet jeder auf den persönlichen Raum und die Privatsphäre der anderen.

The monthly rent is €650 and includes water only, it is not all-inclusive. The warm rent is approximately 704€ per month.
The security deposit is three times the rent.
The house is fully furnished and equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine, and more. Everyone has their own designated space for their belongings in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway, ensuring personal storage for each tenant.
