The property has amazing view and from the room you can spot the famous Berlin TV Tower. The Guestroom: bed is 2 X 1.40 meters. Table with seats for two. Ample storage space for long term stay as well. High speed internet and energy charges are included in the rent asked.
The room is Non-Smoking, but for rest of the house is smoking friendly (but the flatmates are willing to not smoke in the common areas on guests request).

We are proud pet parents to two small dogs (that are very well-behaved and trained) that would not be coming into the guestroom. We are looking for a single working person or a student planning a short term stay in central Berlin. We are gay and hence open to diversity.
