The property has amazing view and from the room you can spot the famous Berlin TV Tower. The Guestroom: bed is 2 X 1.40 meters. Table with seats for two. Ample storage space for long term stay as well. High speed internet and energy charges are included in the rent asked.
The room is Non-Smoking, but for rest of the house is smoking friendly (but the flatmates are willing to not smoke in the common areas on guests request).

Full furnished Apt and room, just come with your suitcases. Room is available only from 15.03.2025 till 01.05.2025.

Situated on the Potsdamer Str. The Apt building is 4 minutes walk from the New National Gallery.
Great Location & Public Transport Connectivity with Bus Stop (M85/M48) under the building to Central Train Station (13 mins) & 11 mins Walking to Metro stations (U1,U2,U3).

The 2nd bedroom houses an Artist (German in his 50s) and Business Strategist (Indian in his 30s). We are proud pet parents to two small dogs (that are very well-behaved and trained) that would not be coming into the guestroom. We are looking for a single working person or a student planning a short term stay in central Berlin. We are gay and hence open to diversity.

We are available for viewing of the room on request till 10.03.2025. Reach out on email with details about yourself and what you will be doing in Berlin. We are also open to discussing renting out the room to couples at a higher rent (if needed).
