I am renting out my beautiful bedroom in Charlottenburg for the month of APRIL only as I am going on holidays. Anmeldung/ city registration is not possible.

The room : is very spacious with a double bed, sofa, big wardrobe, a dressing/make-up table, a bookshelf, a small TV screen, a coffee-table and other furniture as seen in the pictures! There is an attached balcony to the room where you can relax!

Kitchen has all the appliances and cooking pots that you may require. From microvave, Oven, Fridge, and Dishwasher, to Rice Cooker, and Air fryer, there is everything you may need to cook anything.

Location : in the heart of beautiful Charlottenburg district of west Berlin.
Subway U7 (Richard wegner platz), and U2 ( Deutsche Oper) on both sides, are just at 5 mins walk. Bus line M45 is just at 2 min walk which will take you to Berlin Zoologisher Garten Bahnof in just 10 minutes.

I am looking for a quiet, respectful, and responsible person to look after the room while I am on holidays. Viewings are possible in the evenings 5-8 pm on weekdays and throughout whole day on weekends. Please write to me with a short introduction when you are interested.
