Ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer, heisst Bett und Schränke sind für dich zur Nutzung inklusive.
Im Zimmer ist ein kleiner Balkon wo du gerne - falls du rauchst - rauchen darfst oder es nutzen darfst wie du magst.
Gemütliche Wohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend in Neukölln direkt am Kanal. 15min Gehweg zur U-Bahnstation Karl-Marx Strasse oder S Bahnhof Sonnenallee oder mit dem Bus in direkter Nähe. Dem Kanal entlang sind mehrere Cafes, Restaurants oder Bars.
Zum Zusammenleben: wir sind gute Mitbewohner wenn wir unsere Privatsphäre gegenseitig respektieren, unkompliziert sind und einfach ein ordentliches Miteinander schätzen.Ich schlafe im etwas grösserem - mein eigentliches Wohnzimmer- auf meiner Thaimatte. Ich arbeite Montag und Mittwoch im Büro und Dienstag, Donnerstag und Freitag von Zuhause aus. Ich bin öfters unterwegs, besonders am Wochenende.
Unser Sharepoint wird die Küche sein, diese hat einen kleinen Esstisch und Platz zum Kochen und/oder abhängen.
Die Mietfrist ist für 3 bis max. 6 Monate, bei Bedarf gerne länger. Ich denke es ist eine optimale Gelegenheit als Zwischenmiete wenn man gerade eine langfristige Bleibe sucht. Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
Die Ablösevereinbarung von 100€ wird einmalig gezahlt für die Nutzung der Möbel.
