This beautiful and sunny flat—yes, truly sunny, not just a cliché—has been recently renovated and features a lovely parquet floor. Located on the third floor of a charming old building, it offers both character and comfort.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, kitchenware, and dishes. A large table provides the perfect spot for meals, work, or gatherings. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience.
The available room is bright and spacious and furnished. The rent is all-inclusive, covering green energy, internet, heating, and basic service costs.

The flat is located on Friedrichsberger Str. in Friedrichshain, right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain—one of the most beautiful parks in Berlin, especially in summer when it feels like a little piece of paradise. Just two U-Bahn stops from Alexanderplatz, the location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city’s heart while enjoying a quieter street in one of Berlin’s most vibrant districts.
