The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, kitchenware, and dishes. A large table provides the perfect spot for meals, work, or gatherings. The bathroom includes a bathtub and a washing machine for added convenience.
The available room is bright and spacious and furnished. The rent is all-inclusive, covering green energy, internet, heating, and basic service costs.

The flat is located on Friedrichsberger Str. in Friedrichshain, right next to Volkspark Friedrichshain—one of the most beautiful parks in Berlin, especially in summer when it feels like a little piece of paradise. Just two U-Bahn stops from Alexanderplatz, the location is ideal for those who want to be close to the city’s heart while enjoying a quieter street in one of Berlin’s most vibrant districts.
Friedrichshain is well-known for its lively atmosphere, with countless bars, clubs, and cultural hotspots, including Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Straße. Kino International—arguably the best cinema in Berlin—is within walking distance. Despite being in such a dynamic area, the street itself is peaceful, offering the best of both worlds.
