Cozy room with a small balcony in a 2-bedroom apartment. Fully furnished, no need to pay for furniture. It has a bed (with frames), a table, a wardrobe, a sofa chair, and much more. The balcony is pretty small, but looks out on the courtyard and it's very quiet and peaceful. All you see are trees and cute birds, sometimes even squirrels. I'm traveling in Mexico and need a nice tidy person :)
This apartment is small but near all the hip places and at the same time in a very calm street, just 2 minutes from the beautiful channel where you can see swans and ducks swimming peacefully, and three parks. It is also near restaurants and cafes. Only thing is: I cannot facilitate an Anmeldung.
The apartment has fast WI-FI, the Kitchen is spacey, there is a washing machine and all you need for cooking, including the best mixer in the world: a Vitamix.
Neukölln, near the channel, lovely cafes and restaurants, even an independent movie place called "Wolf". Near parks, Yoga places, gyms, public transport (closest UBahn is U7 Rathaus Neukölln, Bus top "Wildenbruchplatz" 104 und 166).
No parties, no smoking inside the apartment. Someone responsible and clean, with good communication skills :)
