Hello hello:)
I'm looking for a roommate to join this sweet apartment from 07.07. on (approx.). For the time being, no Anmeldung- but if everything goes well after a while, we can possibly extend the subrent and make it official.
The available space is an approx. 17sqm bedroom + a big shared living room and of course, shared kitchen and bathroom
As you can see in the pictures, we’re blessed with a bright and airy apartment in the 3rd floor, with a view into the currently very juicy Viktoria park.
Your room is facing the street and park. This means you can enjoy the green view at all times. It also means that there is some noises of the cars etc.
The room will be unfurnished
(Btw I also speak german, so feel free to write in any of both languages)
Additionally to Viktoria park the apartment is surrounded by other nice locations like Tempelhofer Feld, Gleisdreieckpark and Bergmannstr.. Schöneberg isn't far as well.
It's a residential area with some tasty restaurants, yoga/music studios etc.
The bus lines 140 + M19 are at our doorstep and the next Ubahn (Yorckstr.) is approx. 10 mins away.
It's important for me to mention at this point that this should not be a so called 'zweck-wg', where living together is nothing more than sharing the rent and otherwise keeping the doors shut.
I would be very happy if we actually enjoy to meet each other at home, share dinner and know what's going on in each others life. So here a few words about myself so that you can check if this could be a fit:
I'm something like an extroverted introvert, who needs a lot of peaceful time for herself, but also someone who gets a lot of energy from an evening with friends. I'm a psychologist, currently trying to find out how I want to be working in the next years. Besides this, I'm dancing at the opera, painting on big canvases, spend time with my niece and I'm becoming more and more obsessed with spending time outdoors, learning about herbal medicine and horticultural therapy.
I would hope for someone to move in, who also likes the apartment to be relatively clean and ordered. Someone who doesn't smoke, someone who is not in a phase of weekly alcohol/drug consumption. Of course it also happens to me once in a while that I end up in the living room with a bunch of people, drinking the night away. But since a few months I reduced my consumption quite drastically and would appreciate a rather similar attitude.
I'd be happy if you write some words about yourself!! Maybe you can let me know how your daily life in Berlin looks like, what are no-go's for you in a WG, how do you like spending a day off
