Hey people,
the room is part of a beautiful big apartment and *** available from 15.08. - 14.09. ***. Less is also possible.
The rent for the time mentioned above would be 580 EUR
The apartment is a WG/flat share, so you'll be sharing the living room, kitchen and bath room with my roommate Mo. He is from Cologne and a really kind, funny, easy going, laid back person. He is always up for chatting in the apartment or sitting together in the Park. In case you need your space or work a lot, he is really respectful of it.
The room is quiet, as it is facing the backyard and has blind sheets so you can sleep as long as you want, protected from the summer light.
The room is furnished and bed sheets + towels can be provided.
Generally, the area surrounding the apartment is very lively and nice to be at. It is well connected, you can easily reach other parts of Kreuzberg or Schöneberg (and rest of Berlin).
Smoking (including weed) is not permitted in the apartment.
