Neu saniert, insgesamt 4 Zimmer. Elektrisch haben wir neuesten Standard, Komplettsanierung 2020: jedes Zimmer hat einen eigenen Stromkreislauf, LAN-Anschluss/Netzwerk + Absicherung. Das freiwerdende helle Zimmer hat ca. 18,5 qm und ein großes franz. Fenster zu unserem Garten. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliiert.

Bitte checkt vor Interessensbekundung wirklich ganz genau, ob die Lage euch gefällt. Wir sind etwas außerhalb des Rings, aber trotzem innerhalb 30 mins am Alex... Gleich gegenüber ist der Wald Wuhlheide zur herrlichen Erholung vom Alltagsstress. Die große Straße "An der Wuhlheide" ist im Haus selbst nicht zu hören.
S-Schöneweide + S Karlshorst sind jeweils 10 mins mit Fahrrad entfernt. Tram 5 mins zu Fuß.

Meine Mitbewohnerin und ich sind derzeit beide im medizinischen Bereich tätig, auch mit Nachtschichten. Unsere Zimmer sind aber im DG, sodass wir gut abgeschieden sind... Gerne kann sich in unserem 100-qm-Garten mitverwirklicht werden, gerade in Hitzesommern kann man es sich hier im Schatten schön gemütlich einrichten!

Natürlich kannst du dich mit unserem Untermietvertrag wohnungsrechtlich anmelden! Die Energiekosten sind moderat da es ein Reihenmittelhäuschen ist, also rechts und links schööön eingebaut, und Fenster sind auf aktuellem Stand... Technisch sind wir so ziemlich komplett ausgestattet, zB großer Kühlschrank, sogar Wäschetrockner - sonst bestünde ja Schimmelgefahr in der Wohnung... Wir haben ein Bad mit großer Badewanne, Dusche + WC und nochmal ein Gäste-WC, Wichtig: es gibt 1 chillige Hauskatze ...
