Das Haus hat zwei separate Wohnungen und eine 1000qm Garten. Meine Eltern wohnen in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und pendeln mit ihrem Hund zwischen Berlin und Usedom.
In der oberen Wohnung, ca 85qm, 3 Zimmer (möbliert,), Küche, Bad, GästeWC lebt hauptsächlich meine Mitbewohnerin (34). Ich (45), meine Tochter (7) und mein Hund sind selten da.
Das Dachgeschoss Zimmer mit Flur wird nun zum 1.2. frei. Es ist möbliert (Bett 1,20m, Schreibtisch, Regale, Schränke, Kleiderstange ect)
Der U-bhf Alt-Mariendorf ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad oder 7 Haltestellen mit dem Bus entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Wir suchen 1 Frau, die Lust hat im Grünen zu wohnen.
Ich bin 45 Jahre alt und habe eine 7 Jahre alte Tochter und einen Hund.
Unten wohnen meine Eltern mit ihrem Hund.
Sie pendeln zwischen Usedom und Berlin.
Ich pendel zwischen Kreuzberg und Mariendorf, bin im Moment aber viel in Kreuzberg.
Manchmal sind wir alle auf einmal da, manchmal auch keiner;)
