Das Zimmer wäre ab sofort (1.4. geht aber auch) frei bis zum 30.04.25.

Es gibt in der Wohnung 2 Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin (ist aber sehr ruhig), eine geräumige Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, ein Bad mit Badewanne, ein kleiner Balkon, eine Abstellkammer, die hoffentlich bald als Gästezimmer genutzt werden kann :) Kellerraum für Fahrräder etc.

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Schillerpark und Rehberge + Plötzensee sind um die Ecke, U6 ist 3 min entfernt, Tram und U9 auch in der Nähe, guter Anschluss zur Ringbahn

Shopping and groceries are close by, nice parks and a lake, U6 is 3 min away and other connectios are also close

Momentan arbeite ich Teilzeit und bin ansonsten gerne unterwegs; im Sommer bin ich gerne am See oder im Park, gehe gerne aus, mag Clubs, Kneipen, Schlittschuh und Inliner, Klettern und bouldern und andere Sachen :)
Ich bin nicht sehr ordentlich, aber bemühe mich

Ich bin meistens entspannt und gesellig.
Ansonsten finde ich es wichtig, dass man einfach offen kommuniziert :)

Besuch ist immer willkommen, glaube aber, dass manche Nachbarn ein bisschen lärmempfindlich sind.
