Gemütlich möbliertes 20 qm-Zimmer in Braunschweiger Innenstadt / Cozy furnished room, 20 qm in the City of Braunschweig

Die Lage/ Die Umgebung:

- Wir haben hier in unserer näheren Umgebung alles was man benötigt: zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, nette Cafés und direkt in der Nähe die Ausgehmeile Braunschweigs; direkt gegenüber eine Apotheke, größere Läden wie Aldi oder Rewe sind bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen
- Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: div. Buslinien fahren direkt vom Altstadtmarkt in Richtung Rathaus und Hauptbahnhof ab (wir wohnen quasi an diesem Markt; in einer Seitenstraße); in 3 Gehminuten sind die Straßenbahnlinien 5 und 2 zu erreichen, die ebenfalls zum Hauptbahnhof fahren
- Die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt beim Haus sind schlecht (da gibt es wirklich nichts zu beschönigen); freie Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es meist ein paar Straßen weiter vom Innenstadtkern (Wilhelmitorwall/5-7 Gehminuten entfernt)
- Sofern man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, gelangt man relativ schnell von uns aus über die Auffahrt ,,BS-Gartenstadt’’ auf die A 391

The location/The surroundings:

- there are a lot of shops (groceries/drugstores/clothes), cafés and restaurants to discover; there are also many streets and squares made for strolling along, with bars and clubs; a pharmacy is located directly across our flat; bigger shopping centres could be reached by bike
- you will live directly by a very beautiful (reconstructed) site of the old town of Braunschweig
- to be honest: parking facilities are bad alongside our street; free parking space you’ll find a few streets further (Address: Wilhelmitorwall/3 to 5 minutes to walk from flat)
- you can reach the next highway by ramp called ,,BS Gartenstadt’’ (A 391) in a few minutes from our flat (if you drive by car)
- public transport: there are several busses you can take directly from Altstadtmarkt (where the flat is actually lying) to station ,Rathaus’ and to the main station; in 3 to 5 minutes walking distance you will reach the tram station from where the lines 2 and 5 will depart (direction main station)

Zur WG-,,Struktur’’:

- Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG, was aber nicht unbedingt nur eine reine Zweckgemeinschaft bedeuten muss
- Da wir beide fast gleich alt sind (Josefine bald 28 & ich 29) möchten wir auch gerne jemanden für die Zwischenmiete in unserem Alter bei uns einziehen lassen = du solltest min. 25 und max. 35 Jahre alt sein
- Wenn man sich gut versteht und gerne Gesellschaft hat, wird abends auch mal ein Wein zusammen getrunken; dies ist aber kein Muss und die Wohnung bietet durch ihren Aufbau genug Privatsphäre (die Schlafzimmer liegen z.B. nicht direkt beieinander)

- bleibst für min. 4 Monate zur Zwischenmiete (maximal bis zum 30. Juni 2017 möglich), ideal wären die ganzen 6 Monate
- bist WG-tauglich inkl. einem gesunden Putz- und Sauberkeitsverständnis

The flat-sharing community:

- we are both working - in Germany you call it a ,,Berufstätigen-Wohngemeinschaft’’, which means that we're always busy – but that doesn’t mean that our community is only functional
- we are peers, so we are not looking for a bloody young student – you should be between 25 and 35 years old
- if you like to be in company there is always a glass of wine possible ;) on the other hand the flat offers a lot of privacy
