The apartment is located directly on the city park in the eastern ring area. From there you are within 5 to 10 minutes by bike at university or downtown. The Jasperallee stop is just a 5-minute walk away. There are many nice cafés in the surrounding area and the Prinzenpark right around the corner also invites you to stay.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Stadtpark im östlichen Ringgebiet. Von dort aus bist du innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten mit dem Rad an der Uni oder in der Innenstadt. Bis zur Haltestelle Jasperallee sind es nur etwa 5 Gehminuten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele nette Cafés und der Prinzenpark direkt um die Ecke lädt auch zum Verweilen ein.

We're Jojo, Nadine and Loui, all almost 26 and met in our studies. We have been living together for three years and there is a friendly climate in the WG. Jojo and Loui are writing their master's thesis (environmental sciences) and Nadine is entering their professional life in May. Loui and Nadine like to make music, which is why there is a variety of instruments in the WG. Jojo likes to play all day (Beach-)Volleyball. We like to spend time together, be it a pancake breakfast, sports such as boulders or a relaxing afternoon in the park. As we all go slowly towards the end of our studies, everything goes a bit more relaxed and we don't often make a big party in the WG. Sometimes it happens and then is absolutely fine for the other house-owners (family and pensioners:inside).

Wir sind Jojo, Nadine und Loui, alle fast 26 und haben uns im Studium kennengelernt. Wir wohnen seit drei Jahren zusammen und es herrscht ein freundschaftliches Klima in der WG. Jojo und Loui schreiben gerade oder demnächst ihre Masterarbeit (Umweltnaturwissenschaften) und Nadine steigt im Mai ins Berufsleben ein. Loui und Nadine machen sehr gerne Musik, weshalb in der WG eine Vielfalt jeglicher Instrumente existiert. Jojo spielt am liebsten den ganzen Tag (Beach-)Volleyball. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander, sei es zum Pfannkuchenfrühstück, zum Sport wie Bouldern oder ein entspannter Nachmittag im Park. Da es für uns alle langsam Richtung Ende des Studiums geht, läuft alles etwas entspannter ab und wir machen nicht so oft eine große Party in der WG. Ab und zu kommt es aber mal vor und ist dann auch für die anderen Hausbewohner und -bewohnerinnen (Familien und Rentner:innen) absolut in Ordnung.

We are looking for a new roommate between 23 and 30 years, who may already be working or is a little advanced in his studies. We would be happy if you wanted to do something together and are generally open to a friendly WG life. Wir suchen eine/-n neue/-n Mitbewohner/-in zwischen 23 und 30 Jahren, die/der womöglich auch schon arbeitet oder etwas fortgeschritten im Studium ist.
