The flat is located only 1 tram stop, or 8 min walk from Blaha Lujza tér, city center. Easily accessible public transportation (metro M2, metro M4, tram 4-6, and many more are within a walking distance).

Also, the party area of Budapest (Kazinczy street, Akacfa street, Kiraly street) is only 15 - 20 minute walking distance.

The flat is located close to Blaha Lujza tér (Metro 2) and II. Janos Pal Papa tér (Metro 4), minutes away from BME, SOTE, ELTE, pubs, and restaurants of Budapest. Most Universities are close, thanks to great public transportation.
