All the rooms are available from 1st February 2025, and the minimum rental term is 5 months, a full academic semester. A longer rental term may also be possible, but no shorter!
Universities nearby (10-20 mins away by public transportation): ELTE, Semmelweis, BME, Corvinus, Pazmany, etc.
Also, the party area of Budapest (Kazinczy street, Akacfa street, Kiraly street) is only 15 - 20 minute walk.
The flat is located right by Blaha Lujza tér (Metro 2) and II. Janos Pal Papa tér (Metro 4), minutes away from BME, SOTE, ELTE, pubs, and restaurants of Budapest. Most Universities are close, thanks to great public transportation.
Easily accessible public transport (metro, tram, and bus).
