Hi, I'm Fabian and I'm looking for a subtenant for my room while I'm on my semester abroad.

My room is 19 m² and rectangular in shape (3,9x4,9 m). It also has large, bright, sealed plastic windows that make the room well-lit and welcoming throughout the day. The room is rented furnished, which means that all the furniture (cupboards, shelves, armchair, office table, office chair and the 140cm-bed with mattress) stays in, making the room perfect for a semester abroad in Darmstadt, for example.

The flat is quite comfortable (especially for an old building) in terms of heating in winter and temperatures in summer. The rooms are also not particularly brightly audible.
