Your future room offers with its almost 13 square meters, high ceiling and large double window (inclusive outdoor blind) plus window bench and a small but fine option for home-realization, planting, hanging, retracting - whatever you have in mind - so that you can live and feel comfortable in your new 4 walls in no time. With the already built-in bunk bed, you don't even have to worry about a bed.
On top is a fully furnished kitchen with balcony equipped with all utensils, which consists for us all as a common living room, cafe, part-time pub, small garden and of course cooking opportunity, so that you can also have enough space for (common) cooking and baking sessions, drinking evenings or just hanging out outside your room.
Furthermore, the apartment with its 80 sqm, large bathroom with tub and small washing or washing Generally a fairly open space in which Klaustrophobie definitely does not find any space.
In terms of location, you are in the heart of the city. Privacy is kept as high as common activities, but even if our room doors are closed, we both get activated as well as always for at least a small talk between door and fishing, evening beer or a common cooking session.
Last but not least, we cultivate a good friendship with our two neighboring WG's on the floor about us, with whose residents can in any case be at least as much done as with us.
And otherwise? Isn't that much to mention?
Racism, homophobia, LGBTQI+ embarrassment and other similarity of marginalizing or discriminating thoughts should of course not float in your head and the only important bureaucratic point that you should fulfill is to bring a guarantee or the respective salary certificate for rental, because without one of both, unfortunately, no rental relationship with our house administration can be achieved.
