The apartment is located on a quiet and well-maintained street in Essen Frohnhausen, just 500 meters from the Essen-West S-Bahn station. The nearest S-Bahn stations (Essen-West and Essen-Frohnhausen) are a 5-minute walk away.
There is plenty of parking available directly in front of the building.
The university hospital and the university can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport or bike. The center of Frohnhausen is a 5-minute walk away and offers a wide range of shopping options, such as REWE, DM, various bakeries, a 24-hour kiosk, several banks, and more. A market is regularly held at Frohnhauser Platz, where you will also find Eis Casal, the best ice cream parlor in Essen.

There are four people living in the shared apartment – two men and one woman. All housemates are working professionals and friendly. Occasionally, we spend evenings together after work, cooking or playing board games. However, everyone always has their personal space and can retreat whenever they want.
