Very convenient apartment: Undergrounds U1, U2, U3 and U8 are located at the "Hügelstraße" station in 5 minutes at the Miquel/Adickesallee, in 10 minutes at the main station and also in 10 minutes at the Riedberg campus.
By car you can also get on the A661 or A5 – the motorway access at Eckenheim is just minutes away.
In the area there are numerous shops such as bakers, shopping, penny, restaurants, hairdresser, carsharing station etc. – everything is within 2 minutes walking distance.
Parking is possible in the surrounding residential areas to enjoy, even in the long term. If you are interested, you can rent a garage or car park in the farm.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegene Wohnung: Mit den U-Bahnen U1, U2, U3 und U8 ist man von der Station „Hügelstraße“ in 5 Minuten an der Miquel-/Adickesallee, in 10 Minuten an der Hauptwache und ebenfalls in 10 Minuten am Campus Riedberg.
Mit dem Auto ist man auch schnell auf der A661 oder A5 – die Autobahnauffahrt bei Eckenheim ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Nahkauf, Penny, Restaurants, Friseur, Carsharing-Station etc. – alles ist in 2 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.
Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in den umliegenden Wohnvierteln zur Genüge, auch langfristig. Bei Interesse kann man im Hof auch eine Garage bzw. einen Parkplatz mieten.

Living in the WG:

Andi (26) moved to the WG only in April after he made his Master in Würzburg and now makes a trainee program at an advertising agency in Frankfurt. He's a big football and football fan and he plays first in the club. He likes to spend time with other people, or he likes a round.

I (Lorenz, 22) have recently completed my Bachelor in Logistics Management and has been working in consulting since January. If time is allowed, I like to meet with people, zocke a round, play football, watch a lot of NFL or go to the gym. I also love to travel and like to travel on short trips.
As you can see, we are both great sports fans :)

We have a very relaxed coexistence with a lot of communication and common modes. Occasionally we cook together or go out. Every couple of months, of course, we are organising WG parties.
Our roommate Nico will move out of the WG at the end of April to get together with his girlfriend. Please write at the beginning of your message Oh, let's see who reads this. As I move into his room – so change within the WG – my room becomes free.
Generally, we are pretty clean and help each other.
Of course, it always applies: everyone takes the way it suits him or her. We take much consideration of each other and can always speak openly if we don't like something.

In der WG leben:

Andi (26) ist erst im April in die WG gezogen nachdem er seinen Master in Würzburg gemacht hat und jetzt ein Trainee Programm bei einer Werbeagentur in Frankfurt macht. Er ist großer Football und Fußball Fan und spielt ersteres auch im Verein. Er verbringt gerne Zeit mit anderen Leuten oder zockt auch mal eine Runde.

Wenn es die Zeit erlaubt, treffe ich mich gerne mit Leuten, zocke eine Runde, spiele Fußball, schaue viel NFL oder gehe ins Gym. Außerdem liebe ich es zu reisen und bin gerne auf Kurztrips unterwegs.
Wie du siehst, sind wir beide große Sportfans :)

Wir haben ein sehr entspanntes Zusammenleben mit viel Kommunikation und gemeinsamen Späßchen. Gelegentlich kochen wir zusammen oder gehen auch mal aus. Alle paar Monate veranstalten wir natürlich auch mal WG-Partys.
Unser Mitbewohner Nico wird Ende April aus der WG ausziehen, um mit seiner Freundin zusammenzuziehen. Schreibt bitte am Anfang eurer Nachricht Oi damit wir sehen wer das hier liest. Da ich in sein Zimmer ziehe – also innerhalb der WG wechsle – wird mein Zimmer frei.
Generell sind wir ziemlich sauber und helfen uns auch mal gegenseitig aus.
Natürlich gilt dabei immer: Jeder bringt sich so ein, wie es für ihn oder sie passt. Wir nehmen viel Rücksicht aufeinander und können immer offen ansprechen, wenn uns etwas nicht gefällt.
