Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß, dazu kommt ein Wohnzimmer welches wir gemeinsam nutzen und Platz im Kellerraum, den du nutzen kannst um Zeug zu verstauen.:)

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Gallusviertel in der Nähe der Galluswarte. Von hier hat man eine gute Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof (ca.10min mit der Straßenbahn), zu Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Rossmann (ca. 5min zu Fuß).

Im März bin ich für einen Monat im Ausland weswegen ich gerne mein WG-Zimmer untervermieten möchte.

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist 23, studiert und macht gerne Sport. Wir leben ein sehr freundschaftliches WG-Leben, weswegen sie sich sicher freuen würde wenn ihr den ein oder anderen abend mal zusammen kocht oder mit nem Wein auf der Couch verbringt.:)

Darüberhinaus sollten wir uns einig sein, dass Sauberkeit nicht unwichtig ist und jeder seinen Teil in der Wohnung dazu beiträgt.
