Vieles für eine einfache IKEA Möblierung wäre bei Bedarf vorhanden.

Die Hauptmieterin, Caroline, bewohnt die oberste Etage.

A large sitting/living/kitchen with 24 qm and 12 qm southwest-facing balcony. On first floor is the green bathroom for 3 persons with bathtub, shower, washing machine and dryer. The pink shower room also for 3 persons.
On the 1st floor is the guest toilet and the living room and on each floor a large shoe cupboard
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
The common rooms are fully equipped by the owner.
A bicycle can be locked to the stable handrails in the hallway.
Unsere "Stadtinsel-WG" ist das einzige Wohnhaus in der Straße. Zu 99% besteht unsere Nachbarschaft aus Büros, Hotels und Gaststätten. Hier ist Ffm. wahrscheinlich am großstädtischsten mit jeglicher Form der Erwerbstätigkeit, von allen Nationalitäten, zu jeder Tageszeit, in allen Zuständen direkt vor der Haustür.
Die Adresse ist 2 Gehminuten vom Hbf. entfernt, am Rande des Bahnhofsviertels.
Strassenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür, zentraler gehts kaum.

The WG is located central, downtown, on the edge of the Bahnhofviertel.
In a walking radius of 10 minutes there are all kinds of restaurants and stores where you can get everything at almost any time of day.
Connection to public transport, RMV, DB in 1 to 2 minutes walking distance, ideal for commuters or frequent travelers.
Seit 1994 wird das Haus von einer großen WG bewohnt.
Die aktuellen Mitbewohner sind zum Teil schon seit 2016 hier. Wir sind eine Gemeinschaft von Individualisten, bei welchen das Miteinander locker läuft. Viele haben ihren eigenen Kochstil von afrikanisch über persisch bis vegetarisch, was keinEn daran hindert miteinander zu essen oder mal für alle einen Kuchen zu backen. Es wird auch gemeinsam losgezogen und das Viertel erkundet, Fahrradtouren, lange Abende auf dem Balkon, Kino, Kultur, Fußball .....
Ein festes WG-Happening im Jahr, zwischen März und Juni, ist ein Wochenende für einen Hausputz = Alle gemeinsam putzen Alles in den Gemeinschaftsräumen gleichzeitig. Code:"I am happy to find a"
Die Gemeinschaft besteht aus der Hauptmieterin Caroline, zwei Frauen und drei Männern, alle berufstätig oder in (Meister)Ausbildung. Wir möchten Mitbewohnende, welche mindestens EIN Jahr bleiben werden. Demnächst zieht eine zierliche 10 Jahre alte Katzendame -Lucky- bei uns ein.
Die meisten von uns sind um die 30 und aufwärts. Die gemeinsame Sprache ist Englisch.
Mit Caro wird der Untermietvertrag abgeschloßen, über das Mietkonto laufen auf ihren Namen alle Neben-, Verbrauchs- und Putzkosten. Diese werden einmal im Jahr abgerechnet.
Die Kaution kommt für jedeN auf ein separates Sparbuch.
Im Laufe der Jahre sind die Gegebenheiten stets weiter optimiert worden, so daß wir eigentlich immer den aktuellen Beststand haben..... z.B. 1000 mbit bei Vodafone .....
14 tägig kommt eine Putzkraft 4 Std.lang für die Gemeinschaftsräume(30,00mtl.p.P.)
Auf Zimmerweitergabe zwecks Kostenreduzierung wird von allen verzichtet, zugunsten eines weitaus ruhigeren Innenklimas.

Life in the WG is relaxed, we like to do things together. At the same time, however, everyone can always retreat. Big parties rarely take place, but in the summer we like to sit together on the balcony in the evening . Most of the WG life takes place in the kitchen, which is also where you can usually find a roommate.
Order and cleanliness are important to us, otherwise it can quickly become overwhelming with so many people.
The community consists of the main tenant Caroline (who owned her own flat on the 3rd floor) and the WG with 5 people (1st and 2nd floor). So we are actually two women and three men and a cat(-Lucky-), all working or studying. We want a flatmade who stays minimum ONE year. The age differs from 30- 64 with an average age of 39,8 years. All utilities, consumption and cleaning costs are charged to her name on the rental account.
The flat-share has all the important amenities such as fast internet, washing machine, dishwasher and sufficiently large refrigerators and freezers.
Housecleaning comes every 14 days to clean the common rooms.

Die Mitbewohnersuche staffelt sich in zwei "Runden".
Die erste "Runde" dient der persönlichen Wohnungsbesichtigung mit Caro.
Die zweite Runde (zweiter Termin) übernimmt dann die WG.
