Das Zimmer ist in einer sanierten Altbauwohnung, ca. 6m lang und ca. 4m breit, ist also ungefähr 24 qm groß und mit einem ca. 2,20m hohen, 1,30m breiten Isolierglasfenster mit Süd/West-Ausrichtung und Dielenboden ausgestattet. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt ca. 3,30m. Das Fenster zeigt in Richtung Süd-Westen, ab nachmittags scheint also die Sonne rein. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Schlafen, Arbeiten und Freunde einladen braucht. Das Bad wurde beim Einzug komplett neu gemacht. WLAN inklusive.
This is a large room in a large apartment: the size is about 6 square meters to 4 square meters with a surface of approximately 24 square meters with a large south-west-facing window. The room is furnished with everything needed to sleep, to work and to meet with friends.
The bathroom had been newly installed when moving in. WiFi included.
U-Bahnstation „Holzhausenstraße/Unicampus Westend“ der Linien U1,2,3,8 sowie Buslinie 36 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, Oeder Weg und Grüneburgweg mit vielen Einkaufs- und Ausgeh-Möglichkeiten sind in direkter Nachbarschaft. Aber auch in die Innenstadt sind es nur wenige Gehminuten oder drei U-Bahnstationen. Das Uni-Campus Westend der Goethe-Universität liegt gleich um die Ecke, dahinter beginnt der Grüneburgpark, der sich auch hervorragend zum Joggen eignet.
The underground station for lines No. 1,2,3,8 and bus line No. 36 are in close proximity. Oeder Weg and Grüneburgweg with shops and restaurants are in walking distance. The city center is just 10 minutes walking distance or three underground stations away. The Campus of the Goethe-University is right around the corner. The Grüneburg-Park with fantastic running options is located right behind it.
Wir sind eine Studentin (+20), eine Journalistin (+40) und eine Katze in der WG. Die Wohnung ist eine Nicht-Raucher-Wohnung. Putzfrau ist bei uns optional, das heißt: wir hatten schon mal eine Putzfrau. In der letzten WG-Konstellation haben wir entschieden, selbst zu putzen, was auch sehr gut geklappt hat. Falls aber keine große Lust zum Selbersaubermachen besteht, können wir wieder eine organisieren.
We are a student (+20), a journalist (+40) and a cat living in the WG. The flat is a non-smoker flat. We used to have a cleaning lady, but recently we decided to do the cleaning work on our own. It worked out very well. But if there should be a need for a helping hand, it could be organized.
