Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Straße, in der du wohnen wirst, verläuft parallel zur Berger Straße, die du in einer Gehminute erreichst. Dort findest du alles, was du brauchst, und alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar: Cafés, Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte und kleine Geschäfte. Die U-Bahn-Station Höhenstraße ist etwa 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Falls du an einem Sonntag mal etwas dringend brauchst, befindet sich direkt neben der Wohnung ein kleiner Kiosk.

The location is perfect. The street where you will live is parallel to Berger Street, which you can reach in a minute on foot. There you will find everything you need, all within easy walking distance: cafes, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and small shops. The Höhenstraße U-Bahn station is about a 3-minute walk away. If you need something urgently on a Sunday, there is a small kiosk right next to the apartment.

Anna und Kostas werden deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sein. Anna arbeitet im Bereich Computer Science und kommt aus Spanien, während Kostas promoviert und aus Griechenland stammt.
Ich werde ab Oktobetr ausziehen, und du kannst das Zimmer unbefristet übernehmen. Es besteht eine Abschlagszahlung von ca. 275 Euro für Gegenstände die wir für die Wohnung gekauft haben.
Du kannst dich gerne per WhatsApp mit mir in Verbindung setzen. Du musst nicht viel über dich erzählen, ein paar Sätze reichen, und wir können dann einfach telefonieren. :)
