Hey!
We are Nina (23) & Alina (25) and in our WG a room is free as of 01.02.25 (in plan room 3).
It is 15m2 and very bright and cozy through a large window. Warm rental is 460 euros.
Since the WG in the 6th A multi-family house (total of 8 floors), we have a very nice view towards StuSie, Rosskopf and Schauinsland.
Our kitchen is fully equipped and even has a dishwasher + small screen carrier. The bathroom has a shower tub, the toilet being separate.
The location of the WG is really great:
In addition to the lake park, where you can spend beautiful days and evenings in summer, the tram stop of Line 1 (“on the Bischofskreuz”) is located right in front of the front door. The train takes 6min to the main railway station. By bike it is about 7min to the university clinic, 15min to the institute district and to the city. Bicycles can be parked directly in front of the house or in the basement, free parking is available around.
There is also an Edeka, Penny, a pharmacy and several bakers nearby.
And now to us:
Nina studies medicine in the 6th semester and if she is not currently learning or procrastinating, she likes to be on the go with her friends or active in sports (bicycle, football, yoga).
Alina moved from Hamburg last year and studied media and communication in the 4th semester. She likes yoga, goes dancing and likes to sneak aperoli with friends.
In the WG, a friendly and relaxed coexistence is important to us, that one can exchange between one another about his everyday life and that one or other common activity (e.g. film evening, games evening, order food together) is also achieved. Since we are quite tense at times from our studies, it is also important to us that everyone has enough freedom to withdraw.
To keep the WG clean, a cleaning plan has been implemented. This actually worked very well and it is important to keep this so. In stressful phases, however, one eye can also be pressed :)
If you can imagine living together with us, tell a little about you and how to imagine a WG life. Since we are not in Freiburg about the Christmas holidays, the castings will take place in the first or second week of January.
