The room is located in a student residence, is bright and fully furnished with white, simple furniture. The furnishings include a bed (120cm), a desk with chair, a shelf, a wardrobe and a small roller carriage with drawer.
In the picture, not your future room is to be seen, but my room, as I unfortunately couldn't take a photo of your room. The decor is the same, but your room is a little bit larger and L-shaped cut.

The kitchen is small but fine and additionally equipped with a shelf and a small dining table.
The rent includes all additional costs and additional costs, such as electricity, water, garbage and internet.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a residence in the student settlement at Seepark. The tram station "on Bischofskreuz" is a 5-minute walk away.
In the city center you can take the train in 7 minutes or by bike in 15 minutes.

I live with you in the 2nd World Cup, Magdalena (22 years). I study childhood education in the fifth semester and live in the WG for 2 years.
Since I will be in Vienna for an internship from February to mid-April, this time Niklas (23 years) lives in my room. He is currently studying Computer Science at the Master's.

We are both very open and sympathetic people and look forward to an active WG life with common cooking or game evenings (no purpose WG).
