The room has cuddly 13 sqm and a cozy carpet. It has its own small balcony where you can breakfast in the sun in the morning, dry laundry in the summer or put a few plants.
We use the dining area, kitchen and bathroom together. We have a large bathroom and another separate toilet.
Our apartment is located in Ebnet 1 minute walking distance from the tributary. We have nature right in front of the door and are still in 15 - 20 minutes by bike in the city.
The Edeka Littenweiler can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. The Laßbergstraße tram stop is a 15-minute walk away.
We are a colorful mixed WG.
Mark:’ I'm Kalles Papa and I'm married to Lea. I am very active in the mountain bike club and therefore like to bike and with chop and shovel in the forest. Since I like to spend a lot of time with the Kalle I work as an engineer in parttime. ‘

Aziz: “I am 35 years old. I work in the gastronomy as a waiter, completed a training as a restaurant specialist. I am a calm, uncomplicated person, like cooking etc."
Lea: "I am 29 years old, the mom of Kalle and married to Markus. At the moment I am in the final drafts of my Referendariat as a teacher for the Sek 1. I sing in the choir, like mountain biking and like to go boulders."
Kalle:"I am 2 years old. I like people and love playing Brio train and shopping. Otherwise, I'm often on my bike. Under the week I will go to the Kita in the morning."
Merlin: “I am your previous roommate - so we will not live together under a roof 😉. To the WG: The farewell is not easy for me, I lived here for almost 2.5 years and I always felt very secret, although I am an Austrian. My still roommates are all nice people with a lot of mind and more heart. ‘
We are all very happy to live together and are happy if we find all the time to cook together or play something. Here "all can and nothing has to be done" :)
It is important to know that the Kalle is usually awake from 8:00 in the morning and that it is no longer very quiet. So people with light sleep who like to sleep by 12:00 are probably not comfortable with us. With deep sleep or ear opax, we all get pretty good.
The community with the other people in the house is very beautiful with us. We all use the large garden together and talk to each other in house themes. If you like gardening, you can definitely get yourself killed and brought in. (Also here applies: Everything can and nothing has to be done)
We rent the room for a limited period because we are not yet fully aware whether we do not want to use the room in the medium term as a nursery. It's still open. It can therefore be that it is also available for longer than 1 year or that we can decide and make this flexible and individual.
