Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist sehr geräumig mit 18.4m2 und dank des grossen Fensters hell mit viel Morgensonne. Dazu kommt ein 1.6m2 Balkon. Ein Heizkörper hält für die Wintermonate schön warm.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. OG (leider keinen Fahrstuhl), hat ein Bad und WC (getrennt), eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler und die restlichen zwei Zimmer der WG-Mitglieder.
Im Untergeschoss haben wir zudem noch ein abschliessbares Kellerabteil und unsere eigene Waschmaschine.
The room is very spacious with 18.4m2 and thanks to the large window nice and bright with plenty of morning sun. Additionally, there is a 1.6m2 balcony and a radiator which keeps you warm in the winter months.
The apartment is on the 4th floor (unfortunately no elevator), has a bathroom and toilet (separate), a kitchen with a dishwasher and the three rooms for WG members.
In the basement, we also have a lockable cellar compartment and our own washing machine.
Highlight der Wohnung ist definitiv auch deren Lage.
Die Westarkaden direkt ums Eck (buchstäblich ums Eck) decken praktisch den gesamten Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf ab. Man findet eine Bäckerei, REWE, Bio-Mark, DM, Fitnessstudio und vieles mehr. Zum Entspannen am Abend ist der Seepark nur 5 Geh-Minuten entfernt.
Nächste Strassenbahn (Linie 1,3,4): 5 Minuten zu Fuss
Technische Fakultät: 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
Innenstadt: 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad
Another highlight of the apartment is definitely its location.
The Westarkaden just around the corner (literally around the corner) covers virtually all the shopping for daily needs. You will find a bakery, REWE, DM, Bio-Mark, gym and much more. To relax in the evening, the Seepark is only a 5-minute walk away.

Downtown: 10 minutes by bike
This is a pretty chill WG space, with Abhi (doctoral student in biophysics, from India), Pedro (master student in embedded systems engineering, from Brazil) and Manuel (master student in biochemistry, from Germany). All three of us like to talk and cook. Conversations range anything from random birds annoying early in the morning to sportive and serious philosophical and economical discussions :D However, owing to our different schedules we restrict our group time mainly during the evenings. Pedro and Manuel love to do bouldering from time to time, Abhi likes to hike in the Blackforest on weekends and likes dancing as well. Occasionally you might hear some disturbances from Manuel playing (Trying) the Saxophone but he's harmless ;)
In general, we love to keep the apartment nice and clean. We'd love it if you'd share the same enthusiasm. The apartment and especially the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and we share most utensils since we all like to cook. We look forward to having a good time in this WG. As we're an international bunch, international people are welcome to write in as well :)
