Das Zimmer ist ca 18qm Groß und durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Zudem wurde in die Decke EIN schallschutz eingebaut. Das Zimmer ist quadratisch wodurch man viele Möglichkeiten hat, die Möbel so zus tellen wie man Möchten. Die Fenster haben Rollläden. Auf Wunsch wird das Zimmer mit einem neuen Fernseher ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich Sowohl Zentral gelegen als auch naturgelegen. Der Seepark ist direkt ums Eck, in 10min zu Fuß ist man an den Westarkaden oder sonstigen einkaufsläden, Apotheken, Tankstellen und Co und in 10min mit dem Rad am Bahnhof und Innenstadt.
Aufgrund der Neustrukturierung der WG zum 1.5. Gibt es kein festgelegtes WG Leben. Somit darfst du dich zum Anfang gerade mit einbringen und das WG Leben nach deinen Vorstellungen selbst mitgestalten.
Wie haben eine sehr große Küche mit Spülmaschine, ein Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, Badewanne und Dusche.
Im Hinterhof gibt es genug abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sowie einen Tisch und Stühle für gemeinsame Abende draußen. Großer Parkplatz ist direkt vorm Haus.
