Our WG is located in a back house in Wentzingertstraße, which makes it quite quiet.
The WG room is located in the 2nd OG and is about 12 sqm.
Our newly renovated bathroom is also located in the 2nd OG. It is small but quite modern.
The kitchen is located in the 1.OG and has a small kitchen corner. Unfortunately, we do not have a dishwasher but by hand everything is usually very quickly rinsed. - You get used to everything:)
We have a dining table in the kitchen where you can eat together or just chill.
In addition, we have a very small balcony, a storage chamber and a basement compartment. In the courtyard you can easily park your bike.
Currently we have no photos of the room to be rented, as there are moving treasures. If you are still interested, you can look at the room personally.
Important: We only seek people who are already working :)
We live approx. 5 minutes from the main station. From there trains and trams regularly travel in different directions. The city centre is just minutes away. The Stühlinger Kirchplatz and the blue bridge are almost in front of the front door and the Dreisam and the Eschholzpark can also be reached quickly. An Edeka and baker is a 2-minute walk away and on Wednesday and Saturday is a weekly market in Stühlinger Park.
In the WG, Anya and I live. Anya is 28 years old, comes from England, but has been living in Germany for 5 years. She works at an international primary school in Basel. She likes to travel in nature or meets with friends.
If you want to improve your English knowledge, it is perfectly prepared.
I am Yvonne, also 28 years old, am a health and nursing specialist and work in the home office by phone. Besides, I'm just writing my master thesis. In the rest of the free time I am also happy to go jogging or hiking and meet with friends.
Our WG life was usually more spontaneous and unavoidable. Again and again we have cooked together, made games evenings or simply chatted in the kitchen all night. We continue to wish that we always have something “start” together, but still has every time.
In addition, we need basic cleanliness in the common rooms.
