The Handel Wohnheim is located in Herdern, one of the most beautiful districts in Freiburg! Here it is usually very quiet, but you are also super fast in downtown, whether by bike or by train. From here it goes very quickly to nature for hiking or just look at the sunset. Right around the corner there are Aldi and Lidl, a few meters further on Edeke and a Bio shop.

Das Händelwohnheim liegt in Herdern, einem der schönsten Viertel Freiburgs! Hier ist es meistens sehr ruhig, man ist aber auch super schnell in der Innenstadt, ob mit dem Fahrrad oder mit der Bahn. Von hier aus geht's auch sehr schnell in die Natur zum Wandern oder einfach kurz den Sonnenuntergang anschauen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es Aldi und Lidl, ein paar Meter weiter auf Edeke und einen Bio Laden.

In our WG we are a bit like a family, we like to do something (sports, hikes, dinner etc) but we are always looking forward to new ideas.

Currently we are

Lina (25) studies social work and dances Caipoeira, Forró and macjt a lot of sport! Darren (26) studies primary education and is in vain to inspire all ideas and often try new things! Janek (23) studies apprenticeship, is politically very active and always down for card games. Flavio (21) comes from Italy and is currently making an Erasmus. He cooks and bakes IMMER with tomatoes and cheese. Myriam (18) is from France and studies politics. And then Amelie (22) still lacks, she is only newly educated, studied environmental sciences and still has a bullshit!

English:

In our shared flat we are a bit like a family, we like to do things (flattrips, parties, sports, hikes, dinner etc.). We mainly speak English here, as we have many international flatmates. But most of them speak German or are currently learning it.

In the morning you can always find a few of us in the kitchen chatting over coffee, but especially in the evenings we usally cook together, play cards or drink something. At weekends we so like to go out together (if possible), but often we don long evenings in the living room. Besides that, we play currently Spikeball almost every day and are always looking for new teammates.

In unserer WG sind wir ein bisschen wie eine Familie, unternehmen gerne mal was (sport, Wanderungen, Dinner usw) aber freuen uns auch immer über neue Ideen.

Derzeit sind wir

Lina (25) studiert Soziale Arbeit und tanzt Caipoeira, Forró und macjt auch sonst viel sport! Darren (26) studiert Grundschullehramt und ist eigebtlich für alle Ideen zu begeistern und probiert oft neue Sachen aus! Janek (23) studiert Lehramt, ist politisch sehr aktiv und immer für Kartenspiele down. Flavio (21) kommt aus Italien und macht hier aktuell ein Erasmus. Er kocht und backt IMMER mit Tomaten und Käse. Myriam (18) ist aus Frankreich und studiert Politikwissenschaften. Und dann fehlt noch Amelie (22), sie ist erst neu eingezogen, studiert Umweltwissenschaften und immer für einen Quatsch zu haben!

Das Zimmer überlasse ich dir möbliert: Bett, Regal, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Komode, Badregal, Teppiche und wenn du möchtest Teile der Deko. Ansonsten werde ich einiges ausräumen, damit es sich dann auch wie dein eigenes Zimmer anfühlt.
Ich habe einige Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du die ein wenig gießen könntest.
