I rent my WG room in my dreamlike WG in Freiburg for the semester holidays.

The apartment is a newly renovated old building, we only moved in 2 months ago.
In addition to our own rooms, we have a cozy living and dining room, a large kitchen and a sun balcony, on which the sun is guaranteed to bang when it shines.

We are a clean and tidy WG.
The room is about 20sqm large, lovingly furnished and has everything you need: bed, sofa, desk, closets,...

Best location: Between Bib (on foot 2 min) and Main Station (on foot 5 min) in the student Sedan Quarter. Right next door is the Cafe Moltke, also other sweet cafes, restaurants, bars, cinemas, ... nearby, 5 min to the foot in the city centre.
WG life
Jule and Nele live with you in the WG.
Jule studies in Master Paycholigie, Nele Medizin.
We have a very active WG life and are thoughtful with each other. We have a cleaning plan (1x/week) that should also be adhered to.

Ich vermiete mein WG Zimmer in meiner Traumhaften WG in Freiburg über die Semesterferien.
(Die bilder sind leider nicht optimal, aber die Besten, die ich auf meinem Handy gefunden habe, ich kann gerne noch welche schicken;))
Die Wohnung ist eine frisch renovierte Altbauwohnung, wir sind erst vor 2 Monaten eingezogen.
Wir haben neben unseren eigenen Zimmern ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine grosse Küche und einen Sonnenbalkon, auf den garantiert die Sonne knallt, wenn sie scheint.
Ausserdem haben wir eine getrennte Toilette und ein ebenso frisch renoviertes Bad mit Regendusche und Badewanne 🌟
Wir sind eine saubere und ordentliche WG.
Das Zimmer ist etwa 20qm gross, liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was es braucht: Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Schränke,…
Du wirst dich sicher schnell wie Zuhause fühlen. Wenn du ein oder zweimal meine Pflanzen giessen könntest, wäre ich sehr dankbar !
Lage
Beste Lage: Zwischen Bib (zu Fuss 2 min ) und Hauptbahnhof (zu Fuss 5 min) im studentischen Sedanviertel. Direkt nebenan ist das Cafe Moltke, auch sonst viele weitere sweete Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Kinos, … in der Nähe, 5 min zur Fuss im die Innenstadt.

Mit dir in der WG wohnen Jule und Nele.
Jule studiert im Master Paycholigie, Nele Medizin.
Wir haben ein recht aktives WG Leben und sind rücksichtsvoll miteinander. Wir haben einen Putzplan (1x/ Woche), der auch eingehalten werden sollte.

Für den gesamten Zeitraum würde ich etwa 600€ nehmen wollen :)
