The room is on the second floor - bright and quiet with two windows. Furnished with sofa bed, TV set wardrobe, table and chair. SAT connection (Astra), Lan and WLAN with 100Mbit. Other common spaces. Smaller bathroom with shower right next door. On the first floor common kitchen with stove, fridge, micro and dishwasher. Additional bathroom with bathtub. Washing machine and dryer on the first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped.
Large Mediterranean garden with spacious terrace. Large pool 10x4 meters for shared use in summer. Garage parking available for a fee.
House is an old building, but it has been refurbished and is in good condition.
On the second floor there are three private rooms of me (bedroom, office and living room).
The house is located in a quiet residential area 79367 Weisweil on the edge of the Kaiserstuhl. 25 km north of Freiburg - by train 25 minutes to Kenzingen Station and 8 km from Europapark Rust. By bus and train you arrive half hour to FR and back on working days. Less clocked on weekends and nights. With Regio maps - bus from Weisweil - train station then Kenzingen or Herbolzheim. Bus line 560 runs every half hour Weisweil - Kenzingen - Kaiserstuhl (Bahn connection). Bus line 7200 runs hourly Weisweil - Herbolzheim (Bahn connection).
Rhine forest with great running distances adjacent. Also the Rhine as a recreation area. ÖPNV with buses several times a day to Kenzingen, Herbolzheim and the Kaiserstuhl. After Kenzingen or Herbolzheim with rail connection there are 7 km. By car 8 km to A5 and 25 minutes to Freiburg or Offenburg.
The Europapark is just 8km.

Imagine an open-minded younger guy / man for a relaxed living in the house, in which some rooms can be used together. Whether 18 or 40 J. simply depends on chemistry - I am relatively open (yet the house should not become a party location :-)) . Common activities such as cooking, what business, beer on terrace, netflix or prime evening ... or parties not excluded, but not a must. I'm a young firscher 60. Volunteeringly diverse (Fußballverein and other associations). Thus great contact in the village also to many young people.
Important to me is order and cleanliness (have my experiences). Besides your room, I put in the house. I'd wash laundry. Suction cup is available.
Everything else in a personal conversation.
I myself open-minded, modern set. Do not have a problem with other nationalities in so far as one adapts to the circumstances here.
I'm gay myself and I live this open. No scene type. Gays are welcome.

If you use TV or radio, half of the GEZ fee would come to it - also affects using the internet. WLAN currently 100MBIT via Fritz Box. 15 euros relate to the DSL connection.
