Hello :) offer the room for 2 months from 1.2-31.3 for rent with a view to a UNBEFRISTETEN rental agreement.

- furnished room for 500€ monthly warm (including wlan, water, garbage and radio costs) you can also use the room on one of the two balconies

- ⁠2 roommates: Lisa is 25 and John 43. Both are very nice and usually stay for themselves but also like to talk when you see yourself.

- ⁠ contract extension: John is also the landlord and I have already spoken to him if you understand well the contract can be extended after March even slightly indefinitely

- Location Wiehre: 10 min cycle path to the university (KG I), Lidl 3 min cycle path, Tram 4 five minutes walk

- Smoking is not desired on any of the blakones

Hallo :) biete das Zimmer für 2 Monate von 1.2-31.3 zur Untermiete an mit Aussicht auf einen UNBEFRISTETEN Mietvertrag.

- möbliertes Zimmer für 500€ monatlich warm (inklusive Wlan,Wasser, Müll und Rundfunk Kosten) man kann durch das Zimmer auch auf einen der beiden Balkone

- ⁠2 Mitbewohner: Lisa ist 25 und Johannes 43. Beide sind sehr nett und bleiben meistens für sich aber reden auch gerne wenn man sich sieht.

- ⁠Vertrag Verlängerung: Johannes ist auch der Vermieter und ich habe schon mit ihm gesprochen wenn ihr euch gut versteht kann der Vertrag nach März auch leicht unbefristet verlängert werden

- Location Wiehre: 10 min Fahrradweg zur Uni (KG I), Lidl 3 min Fahrradweg, Tram 4 fünf Minuten zu Fuß

- Rauchen ist auf keinem der Blakone erwünscht
