Hey,
we have to award a room in our WG from January. Your potential new room is about 17 square meters large with a high bed, desk and sofa. There is also a shelf. Mattress by arrangement.The view from the room window goes to the green and quite animated courtyard with a playground.
The WG is located in the Vauban district. With perfect tram connection: The nearest stop is about 3 min walk away; By train or bicycle you are in the city centre in about 15 minutes. With Rewe, Aldi, Alnatura and dm there are also a wide range of shopping facilities right around the corner. We live on the outskirts of the city, so the way to the green (Schönberg, Kreuzkopf) is also not far.
We are five different, moderately chaotic, nice people between the end twenty and the middle forty and all employed. Our WG is part of a larger self-managed house project and it would be great if you wanted to actively introduce yourself here. We share a kitchen, a guest/living room, a terrace with plants, 2 bathrooms, a garden coop membership, (almost) all food in the kitchen, a Jungle World and a iz3w abo.
We feed mainly vegetarian/ vegan, and it would be great if this is similar to you.
Under the week it is usually quite quiet in the WG, some of us make home office, others go to their work places. On weekends we like to do something (Rennrad, hiking, climbing, concerts, pubs, exhibitions etc pp).
The WG life is usually uncomplicated and we have managed to keep the apartment clean even without cleaning plans.
For our free room we are looking for a nice, open and reliable sixth person with WG experience and lust for and interest in a good WG life. We wish a roommate who shares our profeminist, anti-racist, anti-fascist and anti-anti-Semitic attitude, brings humor and can actively contribute to the WG.
