Hey, ich vermiete mein möbliertes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim am Seepark (12 qm) vom 01/09 bis zum 25/10 unter, weil ich selbst ein Praktikum in Berlin mache. Falls du schon Ende August Interesse hast, ist das auch möglich und machbar.
Mein Zimmer ist schallgedämpft, also auch wenn es außerhalb des Zimmers mal etwas lauter wird, hört man quasi nichts. Es gibt 2 Bäder, du teilst dir ein Bad mit einer anderen Mitbewohnerin. Auch haben wir eine recht große, gut ausgestattete Küche, die alle gerne nutzen und einen Balkon Richtung Straße, den wir uns mit unserer Nachbars- WG teilen.

Hey, I'm renting out my furnished room in the student hall of residence at Seepark (12 square metres) from 01/09 to 25/10 because I'm doing an internship in Berlin. If you are already interested at the end of August, it’s also possible and can be arranged.
My room is soundproof, so even if it gets a bit noisy outside the room, you won't hear a thing. There are 2 bathrooms, you share a bathroom with another flatmate. We also have a fairly large, well-equipped kitchen that everyone likes to use and a balcony facing the street, which we share with our neighbouring flat share.

Das Wohnheim liegt ca 10 Minuten mit der Bahn/ Fahrrad von der Innenstadt entfernt, 2 Minuten Fußweg von der nächsten Bahnstation und in der Studentensiedlung gibt es auch Fahrräder zu vermieten. Großes Outdoor/ Sportangebot in der Studentensiedlung (Volleyball/ Fußball/ Baskettball & der natürlich der See) alles in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Es gibt einen kleineren Edeka bei der Bahnstation, Rewe, Aldi, etc ca 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Generell sehr schöne Lage mit vielen jungen Leuten.

The dormitory is about 10 minutes by train/bike from the city center, 2 minutes walk from the nearest train station and there are also bicycles for rent in the student housing estate. Great outdoor/ sports facilities in the student housing estate (volleyball/ soccer/ basketball & of course the lake) all within 2 minutes walking distance. There is a small Edeka near the train station or Rewe, Aldi, etc. within a 10 minute walk. Generally very nice location with lots of young people.

Ich lebe in einer 4er-WG, mit 2 Mädels, Milena (23) und Carolin (19) und einer AustauschstudentIn aus Amerika (da kommt jedes Semester jemand neues) zusammen.
Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut miteinander und unternehmen öfter etwas, auch wenn wir ziemlich ausgelastet sind mit unseren Studiengängen. Mit beiden kann man aber sehr viel Spaß haben, wir waren schon öfter zusammen im TIK (Club der Studentensiedlung) oder im Seepark. Wir achten darauf, dass alles recht ordentlich ist/ bleibt und führen auch einen Putzplan.
Dein Zimmer liegt auf der Ostseite mit dem Fenster Richtung Innenhof (gegenüber auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite ist ein anderes Wohngebäude.

I share the flat with 2 other girls, Milena (23) and Carolin (19) and an exchange student from America (someone new comes every semester).
We all get on very well together and often do things together, even though we're pretty busy with our degree courses. You can have a lot of fun with both of them, we've often been to the TIK (student housing estate club) or the lake together. We make sure that everything is/stays tidy and also keep a cleaning schedule.
Your room is on the east side with the window facing the inner courtyard (there is another residential building on the opposite side).

Du musst an einer Freiburger Uni/ Hochschule eingeschrieben sein.

Es gibt einen Fahrradabstellraum (wenn du magst, kannst du auch mein fahrrad benutzen) und einen Parkplatz den man anmieten kann (ab 15€/ Monat). Das Wohnheim liegt aber nah an einer Wohnsiedlung, wo man sein Auto auch kostenlos hinstellen kann.

You must be enrolled at a Freiburg university/college.

There is a bicycle storage room (if you wnat you can also use my bike) and a parking lot that you can rent (from 15€/ month). However, the hall of residence is close to a housing estate where you can park your car for free.
