The flatmate should not be older than 22 years and speak fluent English. His/her knowledge of German should be very poor. That`s necessary because the two residents should speak English and not German. He will live together with my 18-year-old son (pupil) with an affinity for IT in an approx. 58sqm first floor apartment in a three-familiy house that has been renovated to make it more energy efficient. Shared area consisting of kitchen, hallway and bathroom 26 sqm as well as a terrace. There is also a washing machine available in the basement fo a fee. At the moment the room ist not yet furnished, therefore wishes can still be expressed. The flat is located on the outskirt of the city, the climate is very pleasant. 3 minutes by foot to the busstation "Am Bannwald".

Der MitbewohnerIn sollte maximal 22 Jahre alt sein und fließend Englisch sprechen. Seine Deutschkenntnisse dürfen sehr schlecht sein. Das ist notwendig, da die beiden Bewohner Englisch und nicht Deutsch miteinander sprechen sollen. Er/Sie wird mit meinem 18-jährigen, IT affinen Sohn (Schüler) zusammen in einer ca 58 qm großen Wohnung eines energetisch kernsanierten Dreifamilienhauses leben. Gemeinschaftsfläche bestehend aus Küche, Bad, Flur insgesamt 26qm, Terasse. Zudem kostenpflichtige Waschmaschine im Keller.
Zur Zeit ist das Zimmer noch nicht möbliert, daher können Wünsche dazu geäußert werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich am Stadtrand im Vergleich zur Stadtmitte sehr angenehmes Klima. Drei Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle "Am Bannwald".
