In advance, I apologize for not being able to answer all questions personally. There are really many. I respond to the most relevant for me. In addition, I value that my offer has been read correctly. Standard requests without personal reference are sorted out. The room is currently white furnished with black metal bed, but can be redesigned according to your own ideas. A living room with a balcony is also available for shared use in addition to bathroom with tub and cozy kitchen, where a piano is also available (of course not on the balcony 🤣). Other instruments (guitars, mandolin zither, handpan, recorders) are available and new ones are also welcome. There is also a small cellar compartment in the apartment. Unfortunately, the dishwasher has just broken, but can be purchased as needed. I did not need one on my own, which is why this has not happened yet.
There's room in front of the front door to connect a bicycle. I'd appreciate it if you own a car to buy sprout boxes etc., but of course it's not a must. Private parking can be rented for 45 € and is also absolutely advantageous in this area. Follow photos of your own room, because at the moment it is still filled with things that need to get out, but it should be visited and met. 😉 The neighborhood here is quite straightforward and we are all by you in the house with a total of 8 parties.
Infrastructureally optimal area, 2 S-Bahn stops in 3 minutes walking distance, train station Zähringen in about 10 minutes. Also on foot are post office, dm, baker, pharmacy, doctors etc. Surrounded by Aldi, Rewe, Edeka, Alnatura, and minimally also Lidl, Kaufland, Marktkauf or Penny. You are just as fast in downtown as well as in nature (e.g. park or forest).
This is probably the most difficult part, because I'm looking for a roommate who can also become a friend and willing to feel responsible for the 3 existing housecats. So alternately take over 1x a day cat's clot (preferably in the morning) and also to take care of feeding and also plan absent days with me. Therefore, I am particularly interested in the ability to agree and reliability. By the way, a bartagame also lives in the living room, but it just keeps winter rest. Because of the cats, you shouldn't bring many room plants.
With me, everyone should be as they are and can unfold as freely as possible, but still do not drive a pure ego number. Openness and authenticity are important to me. If you are a woman who has no desire for conventional relationship models and finds her soul rest in self-determined single life, then let's get older together if it fits and harmonizes with us. 😊 Depth and Albernheit are both found here.
Retraction is possible at any time, but also go together to cook or even go to techno or metal/alternative dance etc. would like to be seen. Hans-Bunte-Areal is almost around the corner. I do not need a cleaning plan, because I assume that everyone can see and assess what is to be done, and it does not have to be piccobello, but at least to the greatest extent neat (at least in the community).
What does not exist here, however, is a conventional TV connection, but Netflix and Prime for sharing. If you want to see certain TV shows, it must be done via the Internet or you organize the cable connection by yourself, because I don't need one. By the way, WLAN is also included in rent, as well as green electricity, heating costs and, if required, fixed-line telephone.
There are sad circumstances that have left the room free at all, but I am open to change and think we will come together. With the selection, I want to take some time to make the best possible decision. It doesn't rush me with the rental, so you shouldn't be in a hurry either. However, I think it is quite possible that the right feeling is imparted during the first meeting.
The room is only cleared during January, but can be visited beforehand. By the way, I'm flexible with age, so if you're younger or older and still feel it could fit, then just report. More precisely, you know and feel only after meeting in persona. Indefinitely or temporarily both would be possible.
