Ich gehe für ein Semester ins Erasmus und vermiete mein Wohnheimzimmer unter.
Das Bad teilt man sich zu zweit, mit meinem Zimmernachbar Azad. Ansonsten hat man die Etagenküche wo man auch gut Leute mal zum kochen einladen kann.

Das Zimmer ist von mir möbliert aber soweit bleibt alles drin wie es auf den Fotos ist.

Direkt am Seepark gelegen ist im Sommersemester schon ein grosses plus! Normalerweise sieht man aus dem Fenster die Berge und es ist relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer ist im 10. Stock und die Aussicht ist echt fein. Zudem ist man ganz oben im Haus 12, also eigentlich König*in ;)

Ich würde das Zimmer gerne für den gesamten Zeitraum von März bis Oktober an eine Person vermieten.

Schreibt gern bei Fragen.

Wichtig: Man muss immatrikuliert sein und weniger als 6 semester in Wohnheimen des SWFR gelebt haben!

English:

I'm going on Erasmus for a semester and am subletting my room in the student residence.
I share the bathroom with my roomneighbour Azad. Apart from that, there's a kitchen on the floor where you can invite people over to cook.

The room is furnished by me but so far everything stays as it is in the photos.

Being right next to the Seepark lake is a big plus in the summer semester! You can usually see the mountains from the window and it's relatively quiet. The room is on the 10th floor and the view is really nice. In addition, you are at the top of house 12, so you are actually king/queen ;)

I would like to rent the room to one person for the entire period from March to October.
