Hey WG-Searcher:r,
as our roommate Shovon leaves us our WG at the end of February, because he merges with his girlfriend, we are looking for another:n new:n roommates:in for the WG.
The room that becomes free is the smallest in the WG with 11 m2. It is bright, well cut and has an individual adjustable floor heating.
In the room you have W-LAN reception and alternatively a LAN connection.
The apartment is located on the second floor is 82 m2 large and comfortably accessible via stairs and elevator and is equipped with the following features:
- a spacious balcony
- an fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, induction stove, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer
- a dining area
- a nice large bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet
- a guest toilet
- a wardrobe
- a storage room
- Parking floor with floor heating
In addition, the apartment includes a cellar and underground parking space, which can be rented separately. The house also has a separate washing room in which the washing machine is standing. There is plenty of room to hang up laundry.
The house is built in 2012, that is relatively modern/new.
Location
The apartment is located in Freiburg-Rieselfeld, a quiet and relatively new district that offers everything you need for life.
Doctors, shops, restaurants, tram, bus and Frelo stations are a 5-minute walk away.
The city centre is usually reachable in 15-20 minutes.
Nature is 5-10 minutes' walk.
There are also lakes, boulder halls, gyms, ...
We are Patrick, 33 (Software Developer), and Benjamin, 35 (BU Manager in IT industry).
We are not a purpose WG, but like to meet and regularly, and occasionally do something together, for example cooking/brunches, coffee and philosophers, hiking, etc.
But this is all unavoidable and develops spontaneously.
Over the years we have found that order and cleanliness is important to us in the shared spaces. (The kitchen should invite for example for cooking and staying.) So far, we've always done this.
The apartment is a bit bright, but so far it has never been a problem.
We speak english fluently.
Visiting dates:
We make the visits individually. The planned period is at the end of January, beginning of February.
Rental contract:
The rental contract is concluded for the room directly with the landlords.
Typically, a proof of income will be required, for us this was the last two salary bills or bank statement.
Other costs:
Internet and electricity costs run via Ben, Müll and GEZ via Patrick, and additional costs are added to the rent, which we have listed at the 'Other Costs' (*Strom* is the largest batch). Total ~50€/m
Opening ceremony:
2€/m to Ben because he bought a washing machine for the WG.
