The house is on two floors. On the first floor, there is your big bedroom (26m2 - it is huge because it was previously another living room) with access to a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a big living room with a balcony, the kitchen (also with a small balcony), and another small bedroom. On the upper floor, there are other 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower.

The house is already furnished.

There is also a bike shelter and the space for a car in the street.

The house is in a really cool position!
Less than 10 minutes from the pedestrian area but not crowded with tourists! Everything is reachable with a 5-10 minutes walk (3 supermarkets at 500-600 m, 2 pharmacies, some restaurants and other shops...).
It's in front of the Loisach, so we have a nice view from the balcony, and 5 minutes to some of the paths that lead to the Kramerplateauweg (so it's perfect for jogging or walking in the forest).

I am Anna, I am from Italy and I work in Garmisch at IFU (Institut für Meteorologie und Klimaforschung) as a post-doc. I have happily lived here for one and a half years, but now I need to leave my room!
The flat will be shared with Markus (PhD student at IFU), Edda (PhD student in Scotland and here for her fieldwork), Nicolas (Ornithologist) and Cristobal (our future Michelin star chef)
The flat is very quiet and you can use the room also for the home office :)
Our landlady is super cool!

We are looking for a relaxed and nice flatmate. If you are fun it's better, but it's not a strict requirement :)

We also need someone who can stay for more than just a few months, and who can replace me as Hauptmieter (together with Markus).
