Bei uns in der Straße ist es durch den wenigen Verkehr ruhig und die Vermietung ist jeden Tag persönlich erreichbar.
Ob chillen auf dem Wilhelmsplatz, Bowlingspielen im City Center Frauentor oder Spaziergang durch die Innenstadt nach Zgorzelec, alles in ein paar Gehminuten erlebbar.

At the moment, we're just two. Elli has already moved out and the room is free. Antonina goes to school and I'm working. We have a relaxed WG life. When it comes to being tasted in the morning, cooked together, eaten or small trips to the Christmas market or Berzi.
Although we all have an active social life outside the WG and the apartment is therefore a space to fuel, we need to be together in the WG.
That's how it should stay.

Antonina's room will be free at the end of June and therefore it is also a good opportunity if you are on the WG search for two.

Momentan wohnen wir nur noch zu zweit. Elli ist bereits ausgezogen und das Zimmer ist frei. Antonina geht zur Schule und ich bin berufstätig. Wir haben ein entspanntes WG-Leben. Wenn es sich ergibt wird morgens kurz auf dem Flur geschnackt, mal zusammen gekocht, gegessen oder kleine Ausflüge zum Weihnachtsmarkt oder Berzi unternommen.
Obwohl wir alle drei ein aktives Sozialleben außerhalb der WG führen und die Wohnung deshalb ein Raum zum Energie tanken ist, ist uns ein Miteinander in der WG wichtig.
So soll es auch bleiben.
Wir suchen nach jemanden, der sich bei uns wohl fühlt. Willst du ein klein wenig mehr als zweckmäßiges Zusammenleben, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
Antoninas Zimmer wird Ende Juni frei und deshalb ist es auch eine gute Gelegenheit, wenn man zu zweit auf WG-Suche ist.
Ich bin für sportliche Aktivitäten immer zu haben, Schwimmen, Radfahren, Joggen lässt sich auch gut in Begleitung machen.

Wie schon erwähnt ist das Zimmer ab 1. April frei. Man kann aber auch erst zum Mai einziehen, da so lange noch der Mietvertrag läuft.
Da ein zweites Zimmer ab Juli frei wird, ist das auch eine gute Gelegenheit für alle, die zu zweit auf WG-Suche sind ;)

Falls jemand meine andere Anzeige gesehen hat waren die Nebenkosten mit ca. 260 € angesetzt.
Nach Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wird er die Nebenkosten an die aktuelle Abrechnung anpassen. Damit fallen die Nebenkosten.

Bestellte Pakete können im Laden beim Vermieter abgeholt werden.

Dieses Zimmer kann Teilmöbliert genutzt werden.
