Hallo, ich bin Birte, 58 Jahre und sportlich. Ich möchte gerne ein Zimmer untervermieten und Balkon für ein halbes Jahr.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in Barmbek-Nord. Man kommt ganz schnell zum Bahnhof, zum Markt und zu den Geschäften und Restaurants an der Fuhlsbüttler Strasse.

Lustig, spontan, Sesselradbegeistert. Ich bin eigentlich Redakteurin, hatte aber vor vierzehn Jahren einen Schlaganfall. Seitdem habe ich eine Sprachstörung. Ich arbeite daran.

Das heisst, das ich Dich fast gut verstehe, aber nicht immer flüssig sprechen kann. Aber keine Angst, ich bin ganz selbstständig und suche keine Krankenschwester :)

Reden kann ich nur Deutsch seit dem Schlaganfall.

Wie du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, ist das Zimmer mit neuen/alten Möbeln gemütlich eingerichtet.

Ich hätte gerne 450 Euro, inklusive mit Strom, Wasser, Internet, Heizung usw.

Ich bin seit 40 Jahren vegetarisch, das heisst ich möchte kein Fleisch in der ganzen Wohnung riechen,

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn man auch mal zusammen kochen kann oder was spielen könnte, aber das ist kein Muss.
