2. Mitbewohni für Jarrestadt-WG gesucht

Supermärkte, Biomärkte, der Wochenmarkt auf dem Goldbekplatz, Restaurants und Imbisse sind direkt um die Ecke.
Ich schätze die Lage vor allem durch die Nähe zu Kampnagel (viele Lesungen, Kulturveranstaltungen,...), zum Alabama-Kino und Wasser & Grünes sind durch Alster, Kanäle und Stadtpark auch nicht weit.
Soll's weiter weggehen, erreichst du Bus- und Stadtrad-Station in 2 min und die U3 in 10 min zu Fuß.

I particularly appreciate the location because of its proximity to Kampnagel (many readings, cultural events,...), Alabama cinema and the Alster lake, canals and the Stadtpark.
You can also reach the bus and Stadtrad station in 2 minutes and the U3 in 10 minutes on foot.

Zweck-WGs mag ich nicht so und fände es super, wenn wir gelegentlich was zusammen machen wie vegane Koch-, Spiele-, Film-, Zusammensitzen-und-Tee-trinken-Abende oder Zeit im Park verbringen. Mir wäre für's Zusammenleben außerdem wichtig, dass Bedürfnisse offen kommuniziert werden, wir rücksichtsvoll miteinander umgehen, die WG ein diskriminierungssensibler Raum ist und wir beide für Ordnung & Sauberkeit sorgen.
Noch ein bisschen was zu deiner potentiell neuen Mitbewohnerin: Ich bin Michelle (sie/ihr), gehe gern ins Kino, zu Kulturveranstaltungen, setze mich u.a. für Klimagerechtigkeit ein, gehe auf die eine oder andere verregnete Demo und teste mich sportlich durchs Urban Sports Club-Angebot durch - das alles vielleicht ja bald mit dir? Ansonsten schnacke ich gern über Popkultur, Politik oder was dich oder mich gerade so beschäftigt und bin auch gern mal ein bisschen albern.
Jetzt wirke ich bestimmt voll aktiv und extrovertiert - würde mich aber doch eher als ein bisschen mehr introvertiert einordnen und verkrümel mich für Me-Time und zum Aufladen meines sozialen Akkus mit nem Buch, Podcast oder Puzzle in mein Zimmer oder nach draußen.
Ansonsten verbringe ich 4 Tage die Woche mit einem Job in einer NGO und versuche, das Gesundheitssystem für mehr Menschen zugänglich zu machen.

I'm not only looking for a flatmate to save money but I think it would be great if we occasionally did things together like vegan cooking, game or movie nights or spending time in the park. It would also be important to me that needs are communicated openly, that we treat each other with consideration, that the shared flat is a discrimination-sensitive space and that both of us keep it tidy and clean.
A little more about your potential new flatmate: I'm Michelle (she/her), I like going to the movies and cultural events, I stand up for climate justice among other things, and I try out new sports classes as an Urban Sports Club member - maybe I'll be doing some of that with you soon? Apart from that, I like to talk about pop culture, politics or whatever is on your or my mind and I also like to be a bit silly.
Now I might seem to be a totally active and extroverted person - but I see myself as a bit more introverted and, from time to time, hide myself away in my room or outside for me-time and to recharge my social battery with a book, podcast, or puzzle.
Apart from that, I spend 4 days a week working in an NGO and trying to make the healthcare system more accessible for more people.

The costs for the rent include operating & ancillary costs (green electricity & CO2-compensated gas), internet, licence fee (GEZ), household insurance and you would move in as a subtenant (in consultation with the landlady, registration is possible).
